Restorative Justice is a philosophy of repairing the harm rather than punishing. It is the foundation of the teen Homewood Flossmoor Peer Jury Program. This program is designed to provide a meaningful and remedial method of dealing with selected juveniles without reference to the court. Teens, parents, victims and offenders work together to determine how to repair harm done.
